Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? At Hays Education, I’m currently working closely with a weing and well-resourced primary school in Blackpool who are seeking amitted Year 3 Teacher to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner or a strong ECT who is passionate about making a real impact in the classroom.
Your new role
As the successful Year 3 Teacher, you will:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
2. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
3. Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
4. Work collaboratively with a supportive staff team
5. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What you'll need to succeed
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience ideal but not essential)
8. Strong classroom management and organisational skills
9. A passion for raising pupil attainment and providing high-quality learning experiences
10. Amitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
