About the Role
Our Customer Consultants are the face and voice of Virgin Money and have fun whilst delivering a heartfelt service to customers daily. The Leeds Hunslet branch seeks a team member who enjoys helping others both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers to the branch
* Helping customers use digital services and guiding them through processes
* Resolving any banking queries customers may have
* Having conversations to understand customer needs and using product knowledge to find solutions
* Collaborating with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to provide expert advice by phone or in person
* Representing Virgin Money and promoting the brand at branch events and in the local community
Qualifications
* Some experience or passion for customer service and a desire to deliver brilliant service
* Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and offer best solutions
* Excellent communication skills and natural ability to engage with diverse personalities
* Flexible and positive working approach to meet customer needs and business demands
* Enthusiasm for teamwork to achieve collective goals in a timely manner
* Interest in digital technology and keeping up‑to‑date with new tech
