Are you a proactive, target-driven field sales professional with experience in the plumbing and heating sector?
Navigator MSL is seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand our presence across the South East, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build, manage, and develop strong relationships with existing customers across the region.
* Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the plumbing and heating channel.
* Promote and represent our full product portfolio with confidence and technical understanding.
* Prepare and deliver quotes, conduct structured follow-ups, and close sales effectively.
* Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth areas.
* Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities, and insights in the CRM system.
About You:
* Proven field-based sales experience, ideally within the plumbing and heating industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
* Highly organised, commercially focused, and motivated by achieving targets.
* Confident using CRM platforms and general IT systems.
* Able to work independently while contributing to broader commercial objectives.
