IT Infrastructure Engineer - Permanent | Inverness (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Pension + 33 Days Holiday Morgan Hunt is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing organisation in Inverness to recruit an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working, with just one day per week required in the Inverness office.
Act as a 2nd/3rd line escalation point for the service desk team, resolving complex technical incidents and problems.
Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, including identity, security, tenant configuration, and ongoing management.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
Permanent position
Inverness office - 1 day per week
Holidays: 33 days (inclusive of public holidays)
Pension: 5% employer contribution, 3% employee contribution
Exciting scope for progression too - the organisation requires IT leadership in the future.
Annual bonus: Discretionary bonus of up to 8% but this is dependent on personal/business performance and not guaranteed
