Location
We have opportunities across our organisation in Aylesbury and Princes Risborough. Daily travel is required to visit clients in their own homes. As a growing company, we may also offer opportunities in additional locations, and you may be deployed to different areas based on the needs of the organisation.
Job Description
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain independence and dignity. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities while ensuring each client receives compassionate and reliable support.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
* Support with meal preparation and hydration needs
* Prompt or administer medication as directed
* Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
* Carry out light household duties such as cleaning and laundry
* Support clients with shopping and errands
* Maintain accurate records of care delivered
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team
* Always uphold confidentiality, dignity, and respect
Requirements
* Genuine passion for caring for others
* Reliable, empathetic, and patient nature
* Good communication and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (fuel card provided)

* This position is a minimum of (20hrs) per week.
* All applicants must have a right to work permit.
* Weekdays and Weekend working required.
