The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Client Lead to join our Projects division. In this senior role, you will act as the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring the successful delivery of complex power and infrastructure projects across the UK.
Working across multiple sectors, you will lead teams of Project Managers and Engineers, drive operational excellence, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on building strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and steering projects that truly matter.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers and Engineers to ensure project success.
Act as the primary client representative, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with client goals.
Develop project strategies, goals, and deliverables that align with Rehlko’s business objectives.
Oversee the preparation, management, and reporting of project budgets.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive collaboration and project progression.
Implement robust risk management and mitigation strategies across multiple projects.
Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed progress updates to senior leadership.
Make critical decisions relating to governance, budgets, resources, and client delivery.The Person
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management within the power, M&E, or infrastructure sectors.
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Professional certifications (PMP, APM, CPD, or equivalent) highly advantageous.
Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects successfully.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Commercially astute, with excellent client-facing and relationship-building ability.
Strategic thinker, able to balance client expectations with business objectives.What We Offer
