GiGroup are looking for a resilient candidate with counterbalance who is willing to work in a warehouse based role. They will be supporting the seed cleaning process by operating machinery, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and contributing to the efficient production of high-quality clean seed. Key Responsibilities; - Operate seed cleaning and intake equipment as instructed, ensuring quality and efficiency. - Follow set procedures to clean seed and minimise screening losses. - Communicate effectively with team members and Senior Operatives regarding work progress and any issues. - Assist in monitoring clean seed quantities and movements as directed. - Maintain a clean and tidy work area, ensuring hygiene standards are upheld. - Carry out basic maintenance tasks and report faults or issues with machinery promptly. - Follow all safety procedures and work in line with the company's Health & Safety Policy. - Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by reporting hazards and adhering to safe working practices. - Handle materials in line with all company and legal guidelines Required Skills; - FLT Counterbalance, - Willingness to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment, Due to this being a rural location you will need your own transport.
