The Role
* Recruit teachers & school support staff for local schools
* Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
* Source talent via advertising, networking & interviews
* Create compelling CVs & profiles to market candidates
* Work to achievable KPIs while boosting your earnings
* Develop expertise in education recruitment and the local market
What We're Looking For
* Graduates, ex-teachers, or professionals from sales, estate agency, customer service, or call centres
* Confident, resilient, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
* Excellent communicators who thrive under pressure and stay organised
* Driven by targets and eager to make a positive impact in education
* Degree preferred but not essential - full training provided
