About The Role
* Run Demand and Supply Reports to support the IBP process
* Work closely with Customer Experience team and sales to track forecasts to budget and use available data to call out gaps, sales order consistency (correct SKU’s).
* Report monthly forecast metrics and use data and insight to recommend and initiate forecast accuracy improvements
* Support the un-forecasted demand process by reviewing stock availability and planned production and aligning demand with Customer Experience
* Report and review any slow moving and obsolete cased stocks and apply rules to determine actions.
* Coordinate and plan the rework of cased products with 3rd party warehouse provider
* Coordinate and plan decant and or destruction of stock with spirit planning and external warehouse provider .
* Establish stock targets and monitor and report stock days on hand.
* Manage and own your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals.
About You
Skills and Experience
* Experience of working with ERP and MRP systems
* Good to intermediate excel skills
* Basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Personal Attributes
* Proven experience in a supply chain environment is considered preferential.
* Strong numerical skills and capable of managing large volumes of data.
* Good communicator with ability to convert data into management information
