Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging NCY 1 curriculum to pupils aged 5 to 6
2. Provide a nurturing environment that stimulates a love of learning and fosters curiosity
3. Collaborate with other staff to achieve best student outcomes
4. Evaluate students' progress and adapt teaching style as needed
5. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
Requirements & Qualifications
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or its international equivalent
7. Experience in teaching NCY 1 age range (or similar)
8. Proven track record of facilitating student success, preferably within the age group
9. Knowledge of effective teaching strategies tailored to diverse learners
10. Adaptability, patience, and resilience, with a strong work ethic
