What You’ll Be Doing
This is a junior 360° recruitment role where you’ll learn the full sales cycle step by step:
● Speaking with candidates and clients via phone, video, and email
● Supporting senior consultants on live roles and active accounts
● Learning how to win business and manage client relationships
● Sourcing and engaging talent for mid–senior-level positions
● Progressing toward running your own desk as you develop
What We’re Looking For
This role is about attitude, coachability, and drive:
● 6–18 months experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven role
● Confident communicator with a professional approach
● Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by progression and earnings
● Comfortable picking up the phone and learning fast
● Open to feedback and eager to develop
Recruitment experience isn’t required - we’ll train you.
