Role Details
This is a sales-based role focusing on customer retention (e.g., when contracts expire), increasing revenue through upgrades, re-contracting, and cross-selling.
You will learn about our broadband products and services and assist customers in recontracting and upgrading their services and equipment. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer operations teams will be essential to improve customer retention. Training on our database system will be provided to accurately track customer orders and satisfaction. The role involves a mix of inbound and outbound calls.
Additional Information
This is an office-based role. To contact some customers out of hours, there is one late shift from 11 am to 7:30 pm per week and one Saturday in four, with time off in lieu the following week.
Salary is £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £38,000. Commission is uncapped, and many team members exceed this.
