The Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance. You will lead by example, support your team, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
2. Measure and report on warehousing activities and employee performance
3. Organise and maintain inventory and storage areas
4. Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions
5. Communicate job expectations clearly and coach team members
