Service Delivery Consultant (GHR) – Assistant Vice President/Vice President – Chester, UK
This role is responsible for executing the delivery of Global Human Resources (GHR) pension, benefit products and policies across the EMEA region. The incumbent ensures program management aligns with single process inventory standards, administers plans to metric set standards, implements governance standards, and ensures compliance with laws, rules and regulations across the region. Partnership with Payroll, Finance and Vendor Management is essential.
Responsibilities
* Oversees the evaluation of existing processes, technologies and routines to drive process improvements.
* Works with the Benefits Design & Governance team to ensure all processes are accurately documented and reviewed regularly.
* Supports and manages program changes or corrections to programs where issues or errors occur.
* Manages and monitors program expense payment and invoices in conjunction with Design and Governance Teams, Payroll and Finance.
* Partners with the benefits Design and Governance team to ensure processes are aligned to plan design requirements.
* Evaluates routines and initiatives to identify solutions that meet business needs and priorities.
