The Package
* Guaranteed commission for first 6 months

The Role
* Grow service & maintenance contracts within an existing client base
* Identify and convert upgrade and cross‑sell opportunities
* Work closely with engineers on site visits to build tailored solutions
* Manage inbound enquiries and develop long‑term account value
What you’ll need
* Background in fire & security (or similar: HVAC, lifts, engineering services)
* Experience in sales or account management
* Strong relationship‑building skills and commercial mindset
* Confident, proactive approach to developing opportunities
Location
Field-based across the M3 / M4 corridor. Ideally you’ll be based in Andover, Basingstoke, Winchester or Guildford areas
