Main duties of the job
As a Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare in Dorking, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals for the residents. The role offers straight shifts with no evenings, and a fully supported induction to ensure you have the necessary skills for healthcare catering. You will have the opportunity to mentor and develop the team through the organization's Chef Academy program.

We are looking for highly skilled chefs to create fresh nutritious meals for our residents by way of using the best fresh ingredients available. We are looking for a passionate Chef that will lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.

* The ideal candidate for this Sous Chef role will have proven experience in a similar position, with a passion for food and the ability to create high-quality, nutritious meals. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are also essential to guide and develop the team.
