Painter/Decorator Location: Cumbria Salary: £26,400 - £32,400, plus 15% weekend shift allowance (rota-based) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week (rota-based, includes 1 in 3 weekends) About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter/Decorator to join the Facilities Management team at HMP. This is a full-time, on-site position in a secure environment, where safety, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. Due to the remote location of the site- over an hour from Lancaster- applicants will likely require their own transport unless local. As part of the wider Ministry of Justice (MoJ) contract, you’ll be delivering critical maintenance services that support a safe and well-maintained prison environment.
