We are a well-established Training & Recruitment company with our head office in Braintree, Essex, and a growing network of regional offices across the UK. We are now seeking an ambitious National Business Development Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our national client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the training sector
* Lead on large account acquisition and tender submissions, ensuring successful outcomes
* Work closely with the operational and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation of new contracts
* Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across multiple regions
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive experience in the training industry with a deep understanding of sector-specific needs
* Proven track record of winning large-scale contracts and completing tenders
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate effectively
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
* Flexibility to travel when required
