We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as soon as possible to work with students aged 11–16 years who have complex learning, sensory, physical, communication, and educational needs. Under the close direction of the teacher or another senior member of staff, the main responsibilities include assisting in the development of students’ learning and life skills, and supporting them to engage positively in all aspects of school life. Extensive support and training are provided to ensure you are equipped to make a real difference in our students’ lives. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students and safeguarding checks will be carried out. In accordance with the updated guidelines outlined in Keeping Children Safe in Education, it is important to note that as part of our rigorous due diligence process for shortlisted candidates, an online search will be conducted. This essential step allows us to proactively identify any publicly available incidents or issues related to the candidates, which we may want to explore further during the interview stage. Please be aware that once the initial shortlisting has been completed, this online search will be performed for all candidates scheduled to attend an interview.
