What we need from you: Previous experience in a management role working at a restaurant with a rosette (essential) Strong leadership skills, experience managing a small team You will be a natural people person with strong communication skills Organised, proactive and able to keep calm under pressure A passion for food, drink and customer service Be a team player and keen to learn more Must be able to drive or live in the area What the role involves: Oversee daily operations during service across the bar and restaurant Attend weekly meetings with management team Lead, train and manage front of house staff Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high service standards Manage rotas, stock, and ordering Monitor financial performance, costs, and targets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for guests and staff Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per year, plus TRONC and tips. Hours: Working 50-55 hours per week Wednesday to Sunday. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
