Training Provider Compliance Manager (North West)
Location: Home based with regional (and some UK/International) travel
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: GBP37,500 + GBP7,900 car allowance (total package GBP45,400)
About the Role
We are seeking a quality-driven training professional within Engineering to fill the position of Provider Compliance Manager. You will ensure that providers (UK & International) deliver licensed products and services to the required quality standards, adhering to compliance criteria within Engineering Construction. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement with providers and support the Senior Provider Compliance Manager in enhancing provider quality assurance processes.
You will also support training providers in expanding their delivery range, including programmes and courses, and promoting additional products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct and deliver quality audits across products and services in line with standards and compliance criteria.
2. Manage the training provider portfolio effectively.
3. Implement continuous improvement initiatives with providers.
4. Collaborate with the Provider Compliance team to standardise quality assurance and compliance processes across the provider network.
5. Support the development and monitoring of improvement plans to enhance quality assurance.
6. Identify growth opportunities with existing and new providers.
7. Assist with the initial approval process for training providers.
8. Travel within the North West/Cheshire region as required.
Essential Criteria
1. Relevant industry qualifications within Engineering (ONC/OND or equivalent), minimum Level 3 Engineering Vocational Qualifications.
2. Strong quality assurance skills with high standards.
3. Extensive knowledge of work-based learning, training, and apprenticeship programmes within Engineering.
4. Understanding of continuous improvement processes.
5. Good knowledge of auditing, training, and assessment processes.
6. Assertive, resilient, and proactive.
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to work independently.
8. A1 and/or IQA qualification preferred.
