JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Officer, you will have day-to-day responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients. Specific responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the timely and accurate bookkeeping and reporting for client entities. Creating reporting timelines agreed by all stakeholders in accordance with the statutory documents.
Providing assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements, quarterly management accounts and capital account statements.
Assisting in the coordination of year-end audits.
Performing reconciliations of key balances on a periodic basis.
Preparation of Capital Adequacy calculations.
Coordinate and respond to client or investor queries requiring financial information.
YOUR PROFILE:
Eager to join a growing team, which has already established itself as the 5th largest independent fund administrator in Guernsey by assets under administration.
Keen interest in pursuing or are already studying towards the ACCA qualification.
You have a general interest in the field of offshore Corporate and Fund Accounting.
You will be passionate for delivering high standards of client service, possess a team spirit and have the capacity to build strong client relationships.
Ambitious with a high level of energy and commitment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong Excel and Word skills.
