The advertised salary is based on full-time hours (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours will be pro-rated accordingly.
Hourly rate of pay: £12.96 - £13.78
This is a 41-week sessional post, working during school term time, school in-service days, and 2 additional weeks during school holidays.
Days and Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday, 15:00-19:15
Friday, 12:00-17:30
Start date: ASAP.
Assist the Facilities Co-ordinator / Area Officer in providing an efficient and effective integrated facilities management service within East Lothian Council/Partner premises.

Job Requirements
Relevant Qualifications: A good general standard of education and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and competencies gained through relevant experience.
Driving Licence: A full current driving licence is desirable.
PVG Membership: This role is considered a Regulated Role with vulnerable children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
All preferred candidates for regulated work with these groups must become a PVG Scheme member or undergo a PVG Scheme update before a formal offer of employment.
