Your new role As Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. This is a hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Your responsibilities will include: Managing time & attendance data, shift patterns and absence records Planning and maintaining holiday, sickness and maternity leave information Preparing overtime reports and conducting weekly minimum wage checks Supporting statutory payments, benefits and salary sacrifice schemes Liaising with HR and Finance on payroll matters Reviewing weekly and monthly payroll files Managing BACS setups, third-party payments and benefit deductions Responding to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly What you'll need to succeed GCSEs incl.
