West London NHS Trust is seeking a committed and compassionate Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team. We are looking for an individual with previous healthcare experience who is confident working in fast‑paced settings and committed to delivering person‑centred care. Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, assisting with hygiene, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and emotional well-being while maintaining patients' dignity and safety.

Clinical Support: Perform and record observations (e.g., vitals, blood glucose), assist with care plans, clinical tasks, mobility aids, and patient preparation for procedures.

Team Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary team and students, and contribute to handovers and meetings for seamless care delivery.

Administration: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

Development: Engage in training and development to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.

General Duties: Maintain a clean, safe environment, support infection control, and undertake delegated tasks to ensure ward efficiency.
