Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students in accordance with the school curriculum
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and achievement
* Assess and monitor student progress on a regular basis, providing constructive feedback and guidance
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and classroom activities
* Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant student data
Requirements
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification
* Proven experience teaching Spanish at the primary or secondary level, preferably in a multicultural setting
* Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, grammar, and culture
* Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse student population
* Commitment to professional development and staying abreast of current educational trends and best practices
