Job Description
The Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant will support students with special educational needs in a secondary school setting. Responsibilities include assisting classroom activities, supporting individual students, implementing strategies to help students achieve their educational goals, and collaborating with staff and parents to ensure student well-being and progress.
Minimum Qualifications
* GCSEs or equivalent
* Experience working with students with SEN
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Additional SEN support training
* Relevant teaching assistant certification
* Understanding of SEN strategies
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
