Learning Support Assistant – The Role
The role requires an experienced Learning Support Assistant who has previously worked within an SEN or PRU setting. A strong understanding of SEMH and behavioural needs is essential. You will be supporting students in Key Stage 2 and 3, many of whom have been excluded from mainstream education and require a high level of emotional and academic support.
Experience with positive behaviour strategies, Team Teach, and behaviour management is highly desirable. You’ll be working closely with the teaching and pastoral teams to help students re-engage with learning and build confidence.
