Digital/Web Graphic Designer -
They are now seeking an experienced Digital / Web Graphic Designer who lives and breathes performance sport and the outdoors. This role requires a highly creative and technically skilled designer who understands sports performance culture, technical apparel, and digital-first brand storytelling.
You will lead the creation of high-impact digital assets across web, e-commerce, paid media, email, and social platforms, ensuring visual identity remains bold, premium, and performance-led.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Web Design
Design and maintain visually compelling, high-converting website assets (homepage banners, landing pages, product pages, campaign pages).
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless UX/UI execution.
Optimise designs for performance, responsiveness, and conversion.
Campaign Creative
Lead creative for digital campaign launches (product drops, seasonal collections, athlete collaborations).
Create assets for paid social, display ads, email marketing, and organic social.
Ensure consistent visual storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
Brand & Performance Alignment
Translate technical product features into compelling visual narratives.
Understand the mindset of endurance athletes, runners, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts.
Balance performance credibility with contemporary design aesthetics.
Content & Collaboration
Work with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Support art direction for shoots where required.
Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and positioning.
Required Experience & Skills
4+ years experience in digital or web graphic design in fashion / sportswear
Strong portfolio demonstrating work within sports, performance, or outdoor brands.
Proven experience designing for e-commerce and conversion-led environments.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong Figma or equivalent UI/UX tool experience.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.
Experience designing for paid media and social platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
