Dispute Resolution Solicitor 3-6 years PQE, up to £60K East London – hybrid working
Our client, an award-winning, long-established London law firm is seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3–6 PQE) to join their highly regarded Property & Commercial Litigation team. Recognised by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, they handle a broad range of disputes for private individuals and SMEs, with particular strength in property litigation and commercial litigation.
You will work closely with a supportive team of specialists, taking on varied, high‑quality work including landlord & tenant disputes, leasehold matters, contractual claims, injunctions, professional negligence, and more. Their department is thriving and are looking for someone who can help meet growing demand and contribute to the continued development of the team.
The role:
* Managing a busy caseload across property and commercial litigation
* Delivering excellent client care and clear, practical advice
* Handling correspondence, negotiations and advocacy where appropriate
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
* Maintaining accurate time recording and billing
* Supporting junior team members where needed

* 3–6 PQE with strong experience in both property and commercial litigation
* Confident handling privately paying client work
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
* Excellent written work, organisation and problem‑solving skills
