Title: Lead Business Analyst
Location: 90% Remote (West Midlands-based head office for occasional collaboration)
Salary: ÂŁ65,000 per annum
Sector: Social Housing / Not-for-Profit
Function Split: 30% hands-on Business Analysis | 70% People & Function Leadership

You’ll join at a pivotal time, where there’s huge potential to make a lasting impact. The Business Analysis function needs a clear operating model, consistent methodology, and strong leadership. Your mission?
* Define and implement frameworks, tools, and best practices for business analysis.
* Lead, coach, and mentor a growing team of BAs — building a high-performing, empowered function.
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategic priorities.
* Ensure BA practices truly support customer-focused service design and delivery.
✅ What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst, ideally within large, complex environments.
* A passion for people leadership, coaching, and developing others.
* Demonstrable success in setting up or restructuring a Business Analysis function.
* Comfortable operating across the strategic and operational, influencing at all levels.
* Ideally some exposure to the social housing, non-profit, or public sector – though not essential.
