Main Duties And Responsibilities
* To prepare, process and invoice warranty claims following strict company and manufacturing guidelines.
* Monitoring claim status to final payments.
Person Specification
* Warranty or Service background would be beneficial.
* Vehicle technical knowledge would be beneficial.
* Autoline / Kerridge experience would be beneficial.
* Computer literate.
* Excellent administration skills.
* Enthusiastic.
* Approachable.
* Able to resolve problems.
* Outstanding organisation skills.
* Good clear telephone manner.
