Operations Manager required for a specialist test organisation with sites based in the UK, Europe and Asia to support customers based worldwide.
The Operations Manager will head the Test Equipment Department at the company’s head office in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
The successful job holder will be required to:
* Provide forecast projections and ensure monthly revenue and gross margin targets are exceeded
* Ensure sales and customer service procedures are aligned with objectives
* Drive improvements in manufacturing and develop the supply chain to support business objectives
* Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost effective manner utilising all systems to their optimal efficiency
* Purchase materials and manage stock to be efficient and lean
* Ensure all strategic, tactical and operational objectives are achieved across all areas
* Maintain and monitor all KPIs
* Support the customer and ensure the level of service is at the highest level of quality at all times
* Ensure all activities are compliant to the latest specification and technical documentation
* Ensure Health and Safety compliance is maintained and awareness is up to date
