Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Role Overview
Support in preparing budget estimates and cost plans
Assist in producing Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities
Help with analysing tender returns and preparing cost estimates
Assist in contract administration, valuations, and final accounts
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants on residential refurbishment projects
Work under the guidance of senior surveyors on live project delivery
Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in quantity surveying
Previous experience in a consultancy setting
Background in residential or domestic refurbishment projects
Ambition to progress toward chartership (MRICS)
Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills
Based within commuting distance of Thames Ditton / Kingston upon Thames
