The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), conversion optimisation and B2B customer acquisition. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across all platforms. (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels). Set clear KPIs and goals for campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across different campaigns and platforms. Monitor campaign spend and ensure ROI targets are achieved. Regularly monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights. Provide regular reports to the marketing team, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations. Use data-driven insights to identify and target specific audience segments effectively. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding, write engaging and concise copy for CTAs and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV360 and YouTube Ads Demonstrated ability to create high-quality copy that improves customer acquisition and drives conversion Strong analytical skills and ability to apply data and A/B testing to inform search strategy Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and deliver findings
