Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across the full secondary curriculum (KS3–KS5).
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
* Adapt learning activities to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
Requirements
* Previous experience delivering lessons in a secondary school setting.
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Understanding of SEN and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
