ASSET MANAGER, HARDWARE.
We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to oversee the full life cycle management of hardware assets across EMEA, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage hardware assets from procurement through to disposal.
* Maintain accurate asset inventories and life cycle records using ServiceNow or similar tools.
* Develop and improve asset management policies, standards, and procedures.
* Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
* Produce reporting on asset status, utilisation, and compliance metrics.
* Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and vendors to optimise asset usage and costs.
* Ensure secure and compliant disposal of end-of-life equipment.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations.
* Strong understanding of ITIL, CMDBs, and hardware asset life cycle processes.
* Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent asset management platforms.
* Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience within regulated environments is advantageous.
* Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CHAMP, or CITAM are beneficial.
