About The Role
The team is in expansion mode and is looking for an additional senior lawyer to join and lead new work for clients. This role is suitable for a lawyer with at least 7 years’ regional or City commercial experience. The candidate must manage a busy caseload, liaise directly with clients, supervise other lawyers, and deliver excellent, cost‑efficient client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the team to maintain a consistently high level of client service.
* Competent financial management and commercial awareness, including accurate time recording, billing, fitting the job to the fee, achieving firm targets, and managing WIP.
* Actively contribute to business development, retaining existing clients and expanding business.
* Maintain up‑to‑date technical expertise and personal development.
* Continuously develop interpersonal and soft skills.
* Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Directly relevant experience with the correct level of post‑qualified experience (PQE).
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of real estate as an asset and the industry.
* Proven track record of competent financial management and ability to meet client expectations.
* Self‑starting, friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Consistently demonstrates and embodies the firm’s values.
