Job Purpose

The Associate Delivery Manager will support the successful implementation or optimization of our solutions for clients within their designated region (North America, EMEA). Reporting to the Director of Professional Services Client Delivery, this role will assist in coordinating professional services activities, maintaining project documentation, and supporting client communication throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset while developing their expertise in project management and client delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support

Assist in developing and maintaining project plans under supervision from experienced team members Support the tracking of project milestones, timelines, and deliverables Help monitor project progress and flag potential risks or issues Maintain project documentation and ensure it remains current and accessible Coordinate internal team meetings and client check-ins Collaborate with consultants and solutions architects to ensure smooth project delivery

Client Communication & Relationship Building

Support client communications under guidance from senior leadership Assist in preparing status reports and project updates for clients Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes Help set and manage client expectations throughout the project process Learn to build positive client relationships and provide exceptional service

Implementation Process Support

Develop understanding of our professional services methodology and processes Assist in coordinating activities across functional teams Support resource planning and allocation for project activities Help track action items and ensure timely completion Learn to identify and communicate project interdependencies

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed project documentation and records Assist in preparing status reports for internal and client stakeholders Support the collection and organization of project requirements Help prepare meeting agendas and distribute meeting minutes Maintain accurate records of project decisions and change requests

Team Collaboration

Work effectively with cross-functional implementation teams Support communication between internal teams and client stakeholders Participate actively in knowledge sharing and team meetings Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced Delivery Managers or other cross-functional team members Contribute to process improvements and best practices

Requirements

Experience

1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, client service, or related roles Some experience with software implementation projects preferred Client-facing experience a plus Background in collaborative team environments Experience with project management tools and documentation

Project Management Skills

Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies Strong organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Aptitude for learning project management processes and tools

Communication & Client Service

Good written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor in client interactions Ability to take clear and concise notes Customer service orientation Developing presentation and facilitation skills

Additional Skills

Adaptability and willingness to learn Problem-solving aptitude Team-oriented mindset Proactive approach to tasks Basic understanding of software implementation processes

Education & Certifications

Bachelor"s degree or commensurate experience required Interest in pursuing project management certifications a plus

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) to support client engagements
