We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Credit Controller to join a dynamic finance team. You’ll play a key role in managing the credit control function, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage the sales ledger and chase outstanding debts
* Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts
* Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of invoicing issues
* Prepare regular reports on aged debt and cash flow forecasts
* Support month-end and year-end processes
About You:
* Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Good working knowledge of Excel and financial systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Organised with strong time-management skills
