B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Ely! This is a permanent, part time role working 20 hours per week, and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends. We are one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers with ongoing expansion plans. We offer on the job training, internal development, and career succession - 80% of our Managers are home grown. Our stores trade 7 days a week and are fast-paced.
Responsibilities
* As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area, ensuring the team delivers the best service for our customers.
* You will also be involved in delivering processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
* Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment while supporting sales and profitability.
* Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues.
* Protect and safeguard the Company assets.
Qualifications
* Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast paced retail environment.
* Strong numerical and problem solving skills.
* A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
* The ability to think on your feet.
