You will work within a dynamic and energetic team, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests. Role Responsibilities Providing efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times. Assisting in delivering food and beverage service across our Hugo's Restaurant within the spa. Answering guest queries in a polite and helpful manner. Managing a section in Hugo's Restaurant, as well as other dining areas during breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner. Maintaining a clean and tidy front and back of house, ensuring setup and closure procedures are followed in line with BEOs. Ensuring compliance with all closedown and setup procedures for functions, including equipment setup, table arrangements, and dining area organisation. Handling guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest. Personal Specifications Essential Have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Have a solid understanding of food hygiene and quality standards. Have the ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable Have experience with large volume covers. Have Food Safety Training.
