The successful applicant will develop their skills in carrying out assessments, formulating plans, and supporting service users with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. The service seeks a highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative, and resourceful individual with a passion for working with people and developing good relationships with carers. Minimum Requirements:
1. Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with current registration.
2. Experience in providing clinical interventions to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.
3. Experience in conducting clinical assessments, including risk assessments and formulation.
4. Desirable: Previous community work experience.
5. Ability to develop effective professional relationships.
6. Participation in partnership working with individuals, groups, communities, and agencies.
Additional qualifications and experience include:
1. Completion of Mentorship Course.
2. Evidence of continuous professional development and significant post-qualifying experience.
3. Experience working with people with complex health problems within the care group.
4. Experience supervising staff and providing clinical interventions.
5. Experience collaborating with professionals and working within the CPA process.
6. Understanding of clinical governance.
This is a full-time role operating Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility for home working based on service needs. We value a healthy work/life balance and are open to flexible working arrangements.
