What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Experience working as an electrician
* 18th Edition certification (desirable)
* Maths & English GCSEs (C/Level 4 and above)
* Up-to-date industry knowledge and links with the sector
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning and working environment
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to engineering students
* Implementing new technologies into programmes of study
* Building relationships within the group and with industry partners to enhance teaching and promote progression into industry
* Integrating functional skills into lessons
* Managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
