What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across a fast‑paced production site
* Fault‑finding on mechanical and/or electrical equipment
* Supporting production by minimising downtime and improving reliability
* Completing preventative maintenance tasks to a high standard
* Working safely with strict adherence to food industry and H&S standards
* Contributing to continuous improvement and sharing best practices with the team
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 qualified Maintenance Engineer (essential - NVQ, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
* Electrically or mechanically biased - both backgrounds considered
* A hands‑on Maintenance Engineer with strong problem‑solving skills
* Someone open to learning, developing, and moving into a multi‑skilled role
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑focused mindset
* Willingness to work a rotating 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern
