The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as a Graduate Commercial Operations Associate. This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to start their career in sales, or commercial management. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with UK retail partners and international distributors, supporting everything from order management to logistics, customer relationships, and sales reporting.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly while learning from experienced colleagues across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage sales orders from UK retailers and international distributors.
* Support with pricing, product availability, and order confirmations.
* Learn how to ensure compliance with commercial terms and customer requirements.
Customer & Distributor Support
* Help build and maintain relationships with retail and distribution partners.
* Support the onboarding of new accounts and distributors.
* Assist with product setup in partner systems.
Logistics & Supply Coordination
* Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
* Track shipments and support the resolution of delivery issues.
* Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
* Produce reports on sales performance, stock levels, and order status.
* Support the sales team with meeting preparation and admin.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with finance on invoicing and payment tracking.
* Collaborate with marketing to support product launches and promotions.
* Share insights from retailers and distributors to help shape future strategy.
What We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with strong organisational and communication skills.
* An eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and systems.
* A team player with the confidence to work cross-functionally.
* Interest in sales, operations, or commercial roles – with the ambition to grow in this space.
