About The Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share moments and memories with residents. Your work will vary every day, supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‑to‑one time.

You have experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm‑hearted attitude. You are compassionate and committed to delivering the highest standard of care for all residents, and you’ll benefit from the training we provide.
