The Opportunity
We’re looking for individuals who can manage critical operational tasks, from high-level planning and process improvement through to hands-on manufacturing management. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team where innovation, quality, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
Working closely with departments such as R&D, Sales, and Product Management, you'll help ensure the smooth transition of new products from design to full-scale offshore production and play a key role in delivering our renowned audio products to customers worldwide.
Key Areas of Responsibility Could Include:
* Working with teams across Manufacturing, NPI (New Product Introduction), Quality, and Test Engineering.
* Driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing practices.
* Overseeing production planning and schedules to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
* Supporting capital investment planning and resource management.
* Collaborating with contract manufacturers and suppliers to align build quality and capacity.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
Who We're Looking For
* Strategic and pragmatic individuals with experience in manufacturing engineering or operations management roles.
* Background in electronics, audio, or complex engineered products is ideal.
* Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and working with external partners.
* Able to lead through change, solve problems at pace, and maintain high-quality standards.
* Comfortable working in both hands-on and strategic capacities.
