Here at Serco, we are seeking an ER Relationship Co-ordinator Apprentice to support the ER Relationship Manager with administration, reporting, and analytics. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and supporting the administrative activities related to updating policies and processes within ER, reviewing occupational health referrals for quality, assisting managers, and communicating appointment confirmations and attendance to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage weekly do not attends, highlight persistent issues, and liaise with managers to understand and educate.
* Reduce do not attends by a specified percentage within set months.
* Provide advice and coaching regarding occupational health referrals.
* Handle sensitive data in accordance with data protection legislation.
* Demonstrate empathy and patience, prioritizing a customer-first approach.
* Make outbound contacts to assist in resolving queries related to occupational health.
* Deliver excellent customer service to UK Serco employees and partners.
* Maintain process knowledge, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics using available tools and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
* Numerate and literate, with GCSEs in Maths and English (grades A-C) or equivalent.
* Experience in a customer service environment.
* Experience in a HR Shared Service or phone-based environment is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, flexibility, and friendliness.
* Self-motivated with good time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills.
