Our client presents with chronic respiratory illnesses. Carers are required to assist with: Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to our client who has a chronic respiratory illness. Be proactive with managing the client's needs Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means. Strong interpersonal skills, along with empathy Maintain clear and accurate care observation records CPAP Bowel care (Navina) Catheter (emptying) General personal care Moving and handling (wheelchair user) Meds management) Shift times are: 08.30 - 20.30 Morning routine - 08.30 - 10.30 (2hrs) Evening routine - 20.30 (30 mins) Requirements: DBS National insurance number Right to work in UK Previous experience is essential Health and social care relevant training Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service Please click on the 'Apply' button to apply for the position.
